The American Heart Association's Heartsaver First Aid Course is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
Heartsaver First Aid Online is the eLearning portion of the Heartsaver First Aid Blended Learning Course and teaches information needed for first aid training. Upon completion of the online portion, students must complete a hands-on skills session (INCLUDED) with an AHA Instructor. Course is updated with the new science from the 2020 AHA Guidelines Update for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care

- Blended Learning (Self-paced online portion)
- A hands-on skills practice session for First Aid and a skills test for First Aid skills are required. During the skills practice session, students have the opportunity for one-on-one time with an AHA instructor to ask questions, receive feedback, and gain confidence performing skills.
- Heartsaver First Aid Student eBook launches from within online course
- Upon successful completion, student receives an American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid Course Completion Card the same day, valid for two years.
